100% Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir)

Harvest by hand, second sorting and destemming in the winery. After a short maceration the crushed must ferments with wild yeasts. Small-sized berries from French clones add structure and density. Aged in reused French barriques for 12 months. No fining, no filtration.  Elegant with fresh fruit flavor.

  German Pinot Noir harvested and destemmed by hand.  A light fresh red with just enough earth tones to make for great balance.  Over delivers for its price.

This German Pinot Noir has ripe red cherry notes. This Spatburgunder is elegant and rich, acidic but not over bearing. Perfect for anytime!
